About Us

Who we are:

Helping Hands Mission Camp is a Christ-centered, youth-focused, multi-denominational community service mission for rising 6th graders – 12th graders.

We hold a week-long mission camp each summer to help others with home repairs in Gloucester County, Virginia. Due to COVID, this year, our camp begins on Wednesday and ends on Saturday.

Youth campers are placed on teams with adult mentors and learn how to do the work necessary to complete their projects.   We work hard during the day and play hard at night with lively worship services and fun activities.
All meals, accommodations, activities, and a camp t-shirt are included in the fee.

We provide “free” daycare for our adult volunteers.

The Mini Mission kids will participate in VBS-style activities in the morning. In the afternoon, the 3rd through 5th graders will go out & work on mission projects.  It is an experience that will change your life.  Please register your child/children here!

This week is an opportunity to share fellowship with other Christians.

Please pray for us as we prepare for our 17th year of serving God through serving others.

Helping Hands Mission Camp relies on donations to purchase the supplies necessary to complete the projects we have each summer.  These site supply funds allow us to help our clientele without cost to them.

We also accept donations to provide scholarships to campers.
