Helping Hands Mission Camp 2011

This summer's theme: "Living Sacrifices"
Our verse for the week: Romans 12:1

"Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God - this is your spiritual act of worship.

      
Hello! We are thrilled that you are here!

Helping Hands Mission Camp is a Christ centered, youth focused,
multi denominational community service mission for
rising 7th graders - 12th graders.

Each summer we hold a week long mission in Gloucester County, VA to help others with home repairs. 

Youth campers are placed on teams with adult mentors and learn how to do the work necessary
to complete their projects. 

We work hard during the day and play hard at night with lively worship services and fun activities. 
All meals, accommodations, activities and a camp t-shirt are included in the $125 fee.

For our adult volunteers we offer free day care. 

The Mini Mission kids will participate in VBS style activities in the morning

In the afternoon, the 3rd through 6th graders
will go out & work on mission projects of their own . 

A t-shirt is also included for adults and the Mini Mission group.

This week is an opportunity to share fellowship with other Christians. 
It is an experience that will change your life.

Helping Hands Mission Camp relies on donations to purchase the supplies necessary to complete the projects we have each summer.  These site supply funds allow us to help our clientele without cost to them. 

We also accept donations to provide scholarships to campers.
